What Sheila handles

Your account holds sign-in details and a profile. Sheila can save the questions and replies in your chats, projects, files and attachments you choose to add, memory and settings, and records of model usage, credit, and balance. Payments made through Sheila use Stripe checkout. The full company policy also describes website enquiries, marketing, analytics, and payment records across its other services.

A first question drafted before sign-in is kept briefly in this browser's session storage so it can open after you sign in. If a chat reply fails, a retry copy can remain in session storage until you choose to try again. This is not a temporary chat or a promise that nothing is stored on the service.

How information is used

Sheila sends the content needed for a request to its configured AI provider or gateway to make a reply. It keeps your chats and related usage records so you can see your work and credit. Support and billing need account and transaction details. Do not put information in a prompt that you are not allowed to share with a provider.

The company policy says customer data is not used to train general-purpose AI models and is not sold. Provider-specific training and retention settings have not been verified for every Sheila connection; read the full policy for the company's commitments and contact us for current provider details. We do not claim zero retention or end-to-end encryption.

Your choices and requests

You can delete individual chats and saved memories in the workspace. Account settings include memory controls. These actions are not a complete account export or deletion tool. To ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, write to the address below. The full policy explains identity checks, response times, and legal exceptions for records that must be kept.

The company policy lists retention periods for different kinds of information, including account data, billing records, and customer data processed by AI agents. We have not verified that every Sheila deletion and retention job matches those schedules. Contact us for a specific request; do not assume deleting one chat erases its usage or payment records.

Sharing, security, and location

The company policy identifies service providers and explains international transfers and safeguards, security measures, and rights for people in California, the UK, and the EU. AI requests go to the provider selected for that request. Payments in Sheila use Stripe. Squarespace and PayPal may apply on the parent site, but are not presented as Sheila's in-app checkout.

No system is completely secure. The full company policy contains the security and data-rights details; this guide does not promise a certification, a cookie control panel, or a particular third-party AI provider setting that has not been checked.

Children and changes

The company privacy policy says no one under 16 may use the services. The company terms require users to be 18 or older for business use, so Sheila follows the stricter 18+ rule. The full privacy policy explains how changes are announced and how to contact the company about children’s data.
